filming and acting

Become an instructor at Filmak film summer camp. Do you enjoy film and acting? Or you have a camera experience? Become an instructor at the children's camp near romantic Sazava River. You will work with children between 7 and 15 years. Your team will be based on casting. Members will be chosen by your director and acting instructor. Together with them and a child assistant, you will be working on a short film for ten days. The themes of the prepared scenarios are inspired by stories from the Czech literature.
Instructor Requirements: You must be good with numbers, that no child will get missing. The morning starts with a warm up. Following with the first of five daily meals. There are activities during the whole day and once there is night game. Reliability, good relationship with children is a must and ideal pedagogical or film-making experience are an advantage. Age 18 - 99 years.

Date: 2nd - 13th of July 2017
Location: beautiful environment at the river Sázava, YMCA - Soběšín
Transportation: Prague - Soběšín is secured
Premiere: In autumn at the Lucerna cinema in Prague
Provided is: Food five times a day and acommodation
Experience: little sleep, new friends, a touch of the movie industry
Language: A fluent knowledge of English is required for this camp.
Additional information: There is an extra participation fee of 100 euro for this workcamp.
